Overview
Nigeria is the economic powerhouse of West Africa as well as the continent’s most populous country. Despite solid economic growth, many people in the rural areas lack access to the primary healthcare, let alone the primary eye care. Given this lack of access, basic issue such as uncorrected refractive error is responsible for 78% of mild visual impairment (<6/12-6/18) and 57% of moderate visual impairment (<6/18-6/60).
Dot Glasses started working in Nigeria in August 2020 and on top of its traditional partnership model, our country representative runs its own customer-facing distribution network.
